Minimum not applied

Check these, in order:

1. The currency has a minimum. Minimums are per currency (Order rules → Minimum order). A buyer paying in a currency you left empty has no minimum.
2. The order rule applies to the location. The rule comes from the price list or a location override. Open the location in Termpact and check Order rules.
3. First order or not. A location’s first order uses First order minimum instead of the minimum. Cancelled orders don’t count, so a location whose first order was cancelled still gets the first-order minimum.
4. Order rules are on. System status shows whether Order rules at checkout is on. While it’s off, checkout behaves as Shopify normally does.
5. The order didn’t go through checkout. Draft orders you create in admin, POS orders and orders imported by another app don’t pass through Termpact’s checkout rules.
6. Another app or Shopify’s own checkout rules. If you also use Shopify Checkout Blocks or another app for minimums, the two can disagree. Keep minimums in one place.
