Draft orders at contract prices

When a draft order is for a company location, Termpact shows a Termpact contract prices block on the draft order page: the company location, its price list, how many lines are at their contract price, and the lines that cost more.

Apply contract prices

Open the draft order and choose More actions → Apply contract prices, or choose Apply contract prices in the block. Termpact lists each line that costs more than its contract price. Choose Apply contract prices to save:

• Lines at or above their contract price get the contract price as a price override.
• Automatic discounts are turned off for the draft, so no discount comes off the contract price a second time.
• Lines already below their contract price keep their price and discount.
• Custom lines, bundles and their attributes stay as they are.

If the draft changed while the action was open, Termpact asks you to open it again. Every change is recorded in the activity history. Only owners, admins and pricing managers can apply prices.

Drafts from checkout

When a B2B buyer’s checkout becomes a draft order for review, Shopify keeps Termpact’s automatic discount on it, so its lines are already at contract price. Termpact leaves those drafts alone unless you apply contract prices after editing them.

Notifications

When a draft order for a company location is created or changed with lines above their contract price, Termpact adds a notification, once for each version of the draft. Drafts that are completed, or that aren’t for a company, are skipped. Termpact prices drafts of up to 100 lines.
