A purchase order didn't match
On the review page, lines without a confident match are flagged. Common reasons:
- The SKU on the PO isn’t yours. Buyers often use their own part numbers. Pick the right product and confirm the PO: Termpact remembers the buyer’s code for that company location and matches it from then on.
- No SKU at all. Termpact compares the description with your product titles. Short or vague descriptions (“blue one”) need a person.
- Low confidence. When the page is hard to read (a photo, a fax), the whole document is flagged Low confidence: check every line against the page.
- Units or cases? The PO says “2 cases” and the product is sold by the unit, or the reverse. Termpact flags Units or cases?; set the quantity you’ll ship.
- Not a valid multiple. The product is sold in multiples and the quantity isn’t one.
- The product isn’t available to the company. It’s outside the allowed products for the price list.
You can always type the lines in by hand under Enter the lines. See Review purchase orders.
