Storefront settings
Checkout always charges each buyer’s contract price. The storefront settings decide what buyers and visitors see before they reach checkout. Open them in Termpact under Settings → Online store.
Turn on the app embed
Section titled “Turn on the app embed”- On Settings → Online store, choose Turn on in theme editor.
- In the theme editor, switch on Termpact pricing and save.
Termpact checks your published theme and shows On when the embed is active. The setup checklist on Today shows the same.
Add the blocks
Section titled “Add the blocks”In the theme editor, add these blocks where you want them:
- Your price (Termpact) on the product page: the buyer’s price, the retail price crossed out, and optionally a suggested retail price with the buyer’s margin and their price list.
- Quantity price table (Termpact) on the product page: the buyer’s quantity tiers. While a price list applies it hides your theme’s own quantity table, which shows catalog prices.
- Quick order (Termpact) on any page: search by SKU or name, or paste “SKU, quantity” lines, and add up to 500 lines to the cart.
- Cart messages (Termpact) on the cart page: how much the buyer saves against retail, and what to fix before checkout — how much more reaches the order minimum (or “A minimum order applies at checkout” when the cart is in a currency the minimum isn’t set in), the approval notice above the location’s approval threshold, lines outside the order increment or maximum, lines the account can’t order, and “Account on hold — see your account” when the location’s credit is on hold. It never shows a credit limit, balance or amount owed. Buyers can still edit the cart; checkout enforces the rules.
Allowed collections on the storefront
Section titled “Allowed collections on the storefront”When a location may only order from some collections, products outside them say “Not available on your account” in the Termpact price blocks, are left out of quick order, and are hidden from collection grids and search results (with the app embed on). Your theme’s own Add to cart button on the product page stays; checkout blocks those lines.
Prices follow your theme’s tax display. Fixed contract prices are on your store’s tax basis.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”- Hide prices — show prices to everyone, hide them from visitors who aren’t signed in, or show them only to trade customers. Hidden prices are replaced with a sign-in prompt.
- Trade-only product tag — products with this tag (default
b2b-only) are hidden from collections for visitors, and their product page shows “Available to trade accounts” instead of Add to cart. Leave it empty to turn this off. - Discount message — the name of the discount at cart and checkout, also shown next to contract prices.
- Your price heading, Price shown in cart and Sign-in prompt — leave them empty to use your theme’s text, which you can translate in the theme’s language editor.
- Show the retail price crossed out — next to the contract price.
- Suggested retail price metafield — a variant metafield such as
custom.msrp, of type money or number.
Changes reach your storefront within a minute.
When a price shows “Your price in cart”
Section titled “When a price shows “Your price in cart””The storefront shows Your price in cart where it can’t work out the exact price, for example when the buyer shops in another currency than your price list, or on a theme without a map. The cart and checkout always show the exact price. See Supported themes. A price check that finds a difference also switches that part of your theme to this badge until a check passes.
Recommended
Section titled “Recommended”Remove your theme’s own quantity price tables and other quick order apps from product pages: they show catalog prices, not each buyer’s contract prices.
