Sidekick

On the Pro plan, Sidekick can read your Termpact data. Ask it in plain words, for example:

  • “Which companies are over their credit limit?”
  • “How much is overdue more than 60 days?”
  • “What does Acme’s Boston location pay for SKU TS-100 at 50 units?”
  • “How many trade applications are waiting?”
  • “Which purchase orders still need review?”
Question about What Sidekick gets
Credit holds and limits Locations on hold or at or over their limit, with exposure, limit, currency and reasons (up to 25)
Money owed Aging per currency (not yet due, current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, over 90 days), days sales outstanding, and the 10 companies with the most overdue
Contract prices The price a company location pays for a variant at a quantity, the regular price and the rule that set it
Applications How many wait for a decision, and the 10 oldest
Purchase orders Documents in the Orders to check list by status, and the 10 oldest

Each answer links to the Termpact page where you can act. Sidekick only reads: to place or lift a hold, change a price list or approve an application, open the linked page and confirm there. Any staff role can ask. Amounts in different currencies are never added together.

On other plans Sidekick answers that this is available on the Pro plan.
